If you order often and/or we have shipped to you before, you only need to fill in your name and what you want to order (quantity and name of resin). Our shipping software stores your shipping address. If you've had a change of address, please fill in the address fields.
If you want the order shipped to another address or addresses (say, an order of 10 casts, some/all going to different addresses), please put this information in the 'comments' field.
If there are a large amount of addresses that will not fit in the comments field, you can send me an email with SHIPPING in the subject line. NOTE: please no PO Boxes, we ship only with UPS.
